In 2001 Grifal <\/span>invented Mondaplen\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong>, a brand new material that\u00a0was more\u00a0<\/span>environmentally sustainable<\/b> than polyethylene foam sheets from which it was made \u2014 and with exceptional<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>shock-absorbing properties.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

The genius of\u00a0<\/span>Mondaplen\u00ae<\/span>\u00a0is that it combines the best properties of the two most common materials: corrugated cardboard and PE foam.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

By corrugating a sheet of PE foam and laminating it to a pair of flat sheets, we recreated the structure of traditional corrugated cardboard. Thus\u00a0<\/span>Mondaplen\u00ae<\/span>\u00a0was born.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

It uses less raw material<\/b> when compared to a solid sheet of the same thickness and is also, therefore, lighter<\/b>. N<\/span>evertheless its performance for packaging<\/b> applications is equal to or even better, depending on the type of use<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>

Not only that, <\/span>we recycle 100 percent of scrap and waste<\/b> by feeding them back into the production cycle, further reducing<\/span> CO2<\/sub> emissions<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
