Lgs. n. 24 of March 10, 2023 (Whistleblowing Decree) implemented Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 of the European Parliament and Council of October 23, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The Whistleblowing Decree aims to protect people who report violations of national or Union regulatory provisions<br \/>European that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity, which they have become aware of in their work context.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3ace35 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e3ace35\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-012d477 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"012d477\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e38fb3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2e38fb3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">What violations can be reported?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-21048ab elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"21048ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Administrative, accounting, civil or criminal offenses;<\/li>\n<li>Illegal conduct relevant under Leg. June 8, 2001, no. 231, or violations of the relevant Organization and Management Models;<\/li>\n<li>Offenses that fall within the scope of the European Union or national acts specified in the annex to Leg.
