Fabio Angelo Gritti was born in Bergamo in 1956.<\/p>

After graduating from high school, he pursued studies in economics and business, which he interrupted to devote himself to his work at Grifal Spa starting in 1978. He has lived his career in the company, first holding executive positions, later becoming commercial director and then CEO.<\/p>

Today he is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Grifal Spa. In addition to leading the growth of Grifal Spa.\u00a0also leading it to listing in 2018 on the EGM market, served as director and carried out management tasks in Interwave Srl, a company active in the management of industrial patents (2004-2018), and in Mondaplen Tech Srl, a company operating in the design and manufacture of plants and machinery for the processing of materials for the packaging sector (2010-2018).<\/p>

He holds the authorship of numerous product and process patents internationally, and is the originator of the innovative corrugated products and the realization of the machines for their production.<\/p>

In the Grifal Group, he is also Sole Director of Grifal Gmbh (Germany) and Director of Seven cArt\u00f9 Lda (Portugal).<\/p>

From 1998 to 2001, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Banca di Credito Cooperativo Orobica di Cologno al Serio, and from 2019 to 2022 he was a member of the Board of Directors of 4AIM Sicaf\u00a0Spa<\/span>, a company listed on the EGM market. From 2021 to January 2023, he served as chairman of the board of Tieng Ltd.<\/span><\/p>

Roberto Gritti was born in Bergamo, Italy, in 1962.<\/p>

He obtained his scientific high school diploma in 1983.<\/p>

Since 1986, he has been working at Grifal S.p.A., contributing to the company’s growth by holding executive management positions in the Production, Human Resources, and Procurement departments.<\/p>

He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Immobiliare Cantarana S.r.l.<\/p>

He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and currently holds the positions of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, with responsibility for occupational health and safety, environmental protection, waste management, and fire prevention. He also serves as the Group Procurement Director.<\/p>

He is a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Chairman of G-Quattronove S.r.l., the holding company of Grifal S.p.A.<\/p>

From 2021 until its merger by incorporation into Grifal S.p.A. in July 2022, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cornelli Brand Packaging Experience S.r.l.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Giulia Gritti was born in Treviglio, Italy, in 1985.<\/p>

She earned a Master’s Degree in Public and Corporate Communication from the University of Milan in 2011.<\/p>

She joined Grifal S.p.A. in 2012 and currently serves as Communications Director and a member of the Board of Directors.<\/p>

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of G-Quattronove S.r.l., the holding company of Grifal S.p.A.<\/p>

She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Paper, Paper Converting, Printing and Publishing Group of Confindustria Bergamo.<\/p>

Bruno Gritti was born in Castione della Presolana, Italy, in 1961.
He obtained his Scientific High School Diploma in 1980.<\/p>

Since 1982, he has been the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and legal representative of Azienda Agricola Gritti Bruno e Alfio s.s., now operating as Quattro Portoni S.r.l. Societ\u00e0 Agricola. Over the years, he has led the company’s strategic development, overseeing in 2003 the transition of its livestock operations from Italian Holstein dairy cattle to Mediterranean dairy buffalo.<\/p>

In 2006, he founded the company’s dairy, Quattro Portoni, specializing in the production of premium aged buffalo milk cheeses with high added value.
From 1991 to 2017, he served as Sole Director of Immobiliare Cantarana S.r.l. From 2017 to 2019, he continued as Chief Executive Officer of the company, expanding its business activities to include the residential real estate sector.<\/p>

From 2019 to 2024, he served as Chairman of G-Quattronove S.r.l., the holding company controlling Grifal S.p.A. Since 2024, he has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Florence and is a Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor.<\/p>

He has more than 40 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Group CFO, and General Manager in both multinational corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (family-owned and publicly listed companies) operating across a range of industries, including automotive, healthcare, mechatronics, and packaging.<\/p>

He specializes in corporate finance, including both ordinary and extraordinary financial transactions, as well as international expansion. He has extensive expertise in corporate turnaround and restructuring projects aimed at creating shareholder value. An expert in management control, he has in-depth knowledge of both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Italian accounting principles, as well as business network organizations.<\/p>

He currently works as a consultant and Interim Manager in the areas of Administration, Finance, and Control.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Luigi Mario Daleffe was born in Cologno al Serio, Italy, in 1950. He earned a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Pavia, followed by a specialization in Dentistry and Stomatology from the University of Modena.<\/p>

He subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in Forensic Dentistry from the University of Florence.<\/p>

He practices as a self-employed dentist.<\/p>

Over the course of his career, he served as National President of the Italian National Dental Association (ANDI) from 1995 to 1998, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fondo Dentisti from 1997 to 2007, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of FondoSanit\u00e0 from 2007 to 2013.<\/p>

Until 2023, he served as a member of the Board of Directors and Risk Manager of FondoSanit\u00e0.<\/p>

From 2013 to 2017, he served as Executive Director of ENPAM Real Estate, and from 2017 until April 2022, he was its Chairman.<\/p>

From April 2022 to April 2023, he served as Sole Director of ENPAM Real Estate.<\/p>

Since June 28, 2025, he has served as Vice President of ENPAM.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

From 2011 to 2022, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett Packard Italiana and as Vice President of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Inc., USA.<\/p>

From 2014, for two consecutive terms, he served as President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy, a prestigious institutional role, and he continues to serve as a member of its Board of Directors.<\/p>

From 2017 to 2021, he was Vice President of Assolombarda, with responsibility for Investment Attraction, Territorial Competitiveness, Logistics and Transport Infrastructure, and Startups.<\/p>

He currently serves as Chairman of CEFRIEL and EYETUBERS, Special Advisor for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation at Assolombarda, and is a member of the General Council of Fondazione Fiera Milano and Aspen Institute Italia.<\/p>

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Aerea S.p.A., Fondazione di Comunit\u00e0 Milano, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy.
