To mark the 15th anniversary of the airing of the first episode of\n Winx Club<\/a>\n<\/strong> an event will be organized during Design Week 2019 <\/strong>. An installation inspired by the Winx Lifestyle will be created based on the designs developed and selected in the dedicated workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grifalsalso<\/strong>will be a technical sponsor of the event, with other top companies, and will make furniture elements in \n cArt\u00f9\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong>\n<\/a> designed for the occasion by students of the three-year degree course in “Product Design for Innovation,” who will furnish the space inspired by the Winx Lifestyle, between magic and design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project consists of 6 boxes within which the 6 student projects – previously selected by Cilab<\/strong> (Head of Artistic Direction of the event) and \n Rainbow<\/a>\n<\/strong> (Winx production) – will represent the contemporary life style of the 6 protagonists of the series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening event will take place inside the Milan Polytechnic’s Bovisa campus on April 10, and the exhibits will be on display for the duration of Milan Design Week 2019, April 9-14. In parallel with the exhibition, Rainbow and CILAB will coordinate meetings, panel discussions, speeches and other initiatives with the aim of telling the story of the successful Made in Italy values of the companies involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Workshop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This project came about as a result of the Workshop, which involved 60 students<\/strong> from the Final Synthesis Laboratory of the Bachelor of Industrial Product Design course who, supported by faculty, developed proposals according to a brief defined by Rainbow and CILAB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the objectives of the brief, students considered materials, technologies and product categories of the selected partner companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partner companies made prototypes of <\/strong>previously selected concepts <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cilab was in charge of the artistic direction of the event planned for Milan Design Week 2019 (April 9-14), where the developed prototypes will be displayed in a setting consistent with the values of the companies involved: <\/strong>in addition to Grifal, also CMC2.0, Piva Group, WallPepper\u00ae, Mosaico Digitale\u00ae, FCA SNC, LC Forniture Industriali, On Light PF, Specchiopiuma, Kose & ISI Milano, EDG Enzo De Gasperi, and TaborGlit all leading exponents in their fields of expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each prefab will feature one glazed wall; the rest will be concrete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
