{"id":45444,"date":"2025-01-24T08:49:10","date_gmt":"2025-01-24T08:49:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grifal.it\/revenues-preliminary-consolidated-grifal-2024-stable-cartu-in-growth\/"},"modified":"2025-05-20T12:50:10","modified_gmt":"2025-05-20T12:50:10","slug":"revenues-preliminary-consolidated-grifal-2024-stable-cartu-in-growth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grifal.it\/en\/revenues-preliminary-consolidated-grifal-2024-stable-cartu-in-growth\/","title":{"rendered":"Revenues 2024 stable for Grifal Group thanks in part to growth of cArt\u00f9\u00ae"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grifal reviewed <strong>preliminary consolidated revenues<\/strong> for fiscal year 2024, which have not yet been audited and will be finally approved at the Board of Directors meeting on March 25.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Group&#8217;s 2024 fiscal year ended with revenues at <strong>37.7 million euros<\/strong>, confirming the 2023 figure thanks to a second half of the year that was up <strong>2 percent<\/strong> from the first half and nearly<strong> 4 percent<\/strong> from the corresponding 2023 period.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The vitality of the <strong>foreign market<\/strong> is confirmed, growing <strong>16 percent<\/strong> over the previous year, driven by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grifal.it\/en\/materials\/cartu\/\">cArt\u00f9\u00ae<\/a>: the revolutionary shock-absorbing corrugated board that can replace plastics in packaging is now worth <strong>39 percent<\/strong> of the Group&#8217;s sales thanks to a <strong>15 percent <\/strong>growth in FY2024.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revenues from machinery production mark <strong>+18 percent<\/strong>, confirming the potential of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grifal.it\/en\/packaging\/grifal-technologies\/\">Grifal Technologies<\/a> and its centrality in the Grifal Group&#8217;s ambitious project.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;<em>We manage to grow <\/em>,&#8221; explains <strong>Fabio Gritti<\/strong>, <strong>president and CEO<\/strong> of Grifal.<em> thanks to our innovative products even in a lackluster environment. The launch of tissuePack, a new green corrugated cellulose wadding product that complements cArt\u00f9\u00ae and on which we place great trust, is recent. We are confident that our continued investment in new product development and the strengthening of our sales, marketing and communications areas will enable us to accelerate our growth path<a>.<\/a> The increase in our overseas volumes is particularly evident in Romania: this has persuaded us to double our production capacity, with the installation of a second cArt\u00f9\u00ae line. Grifal Technologies&#8217; revenues have grown further. To support its development path, the relocation to the new large dedicated production area has been completed: this has allowed us to double the space available to build the machinery functional to the Group&#8217;s growth strategy.    <\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preliminary figures may be subject to change upon approval of the draft financial statements as of December 31, 2024.
