These tools represent a concrete commitment to ethics and sustainability, key distinguishing features in relations with stakeholders and the environment. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grifal&#8217;s Code of Ethics applies to all Group companies and is binding on:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corporate bodies of management, administration, and control;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corporate officers performing management, administration, direction, or control functions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suppliers, customers, consultants and business partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grifal is committed to adequately disseminating and enforcing the Code, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of all stakeholders and thereby ensuring its reliability and reputation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with current regulations, moreover, Grifal has established the<strong>Supervisory Board<\/strong> in charge of monitoring the application, effectiveness and compliance with the Model and the Code of Ethics, also ensuring their continuous updating.
