cArtù®, theinnovative corrugated cardboard produced by Grifal, received an Honorable Mention at the awards ceremony, which took place Thursday, Feb. 21, at the Conference Hall of the Royal Palace in Milan. The jury wanted to recognize the company’s “commitment to environmental protection, as well as the historical value of a family business that, since 1969, has continued to innovate, not only in its industry.”
The event was attended by other companies and designers who, like us, pursue criteria of qualitative excellence and ethical excellence in the development of their products.
The finalist participants along with Grifal are: Tucano, Scandola Furniture, Swear I Zi, Ergogreen, UYN, GianCarlo Montebello, Caimi Brevetti, Stella Faucets SpA, Effepi Security Doors, Bonomi Plumbing, Lithoart, Budri, Fontanot, IBEBI Design, Vigano’ & C Furniture, Pointhouse, ALIVAR.
The international award, which has received the Patronage of the Lombardy Region, the Municipality of Milan, the Metropolitan City of Milan and the Symbola Foundation, is given every two years to companies and designers who have been able to innovate in design while upholding the values of ethics and sustainability.
The award ceremony was attended by Fabio Gritti, CEO and President of Grifal, and Giulia Gritti, Marketing Manager .
