Grifal adopts Organizational Model 231 and Code of Ethics

Grifal announces the adoption of its Code of Ethics and the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 . These tools represent a concrete commitment to ethics and sustainability, key distinguishing features in relations with stakeholders and the environment.

Grifal’s Code of Ethics applies to all Group companies and is binding on:

  • Corporate bodies of management, administration, and control;
  • Corporate officers performing management, administration, direction, or control functions;
  • Employees;
  • Suppliers, customers, consultants and business partners.

Grifal is committed to adequately disseminating and enforcing the Code, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of all stakeholders and thereby ensuring its reliability and reputation.

In accordance with current regulations, moreover, Grifal has established theSupervisory Board in charge of monitoring the application, effectiveness and compliance with the Model and the Code of Ethics, also ensuring their continuous updating. The Supervisory Board has been designated as a collegial body, composed of members who meet the requirements of autonomy, independence and professionalism.

The adoption of the Organizational and Management Model, in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, is aimed at presiding over processes at greatest risk and promoting ethics and integrity in business and reflects Grifal’s commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and ensuring responsible and transparent business management.
