In early February, our team of packaging designers participated in the two-day training course held in Seattle, Washington, at Amazon’s Customer Packaging Experience Lab (CPEX). As a result, Grifal is now a member of the Global Amazon Support and Supplier Network (APASS). The APASS network consists of 31 international companies, and Grifal is the only Italian company among them to be certified to design, supply and certify e-commerce packaging.
This recognition further strengthens Grifal’s expertise in e-commerce packaging design, supply and certification.
The e-commerce giant has established a network of companies, worldwide, that have the expertise to design and certify packaging that meets the requirements for the delivery of products purchased online. Foremost among these are the “Frustration Free Packaging” (FFP) and “Ships in Own Container” (SIOC) standards for a better customer experience and greener, less wasteful packaging.
